Catherine Mihalick has dedicated her career to helping people manage their assets and plan for the future. Her legal experience includes all aspects of estate and fiduciary law, as well as business transactions and employment law.

As Vice President/Senior Fiduciary Advisor at PNC Wealth Management, Attorney Mihalick managed trust and investment accounts to ensure compliance and adherence to trust and will terms, planning needs and investment concerns. She brings fiduciary experience and knowledge to Vinsko & Associates where she works with clients utilizing estate planning strategies and techniques to ensure the most advantageous future for themselves and their loved ones.

Prior to her work in banking, she practiced law at a number of law firms in Northeast Pennsylvania, focusing on business transactions, estate planning and corporate and employment law.

Cathy Mihalick received her legal degree from Widener University School of Law (1995) and is a designated Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), receiving her certification from Cannon Financial Institute. This means that she has specialized training and background in taxes, investments, financial planning, trusts and estates. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. She is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to her commitment to the practice of law, Attorney Mihalick is dedicated to the community, having volunteered her expertise as a Trustee of Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School and as President and Treasurer of its Parents Association; as President, Treasurer, Trustee and Annual Fund Chairperson of the Wilkes-Barre YMCA, and as President and Sustaining Member of The Junior League of Wilkes-Barre.
