Practicing law for more than a decade and a half, William Vinsko has built up an impressive portfolio of successful cases. He has a wide-ranging legal background, handling cases involving government law, business litigation, estate planning and probate, real estate law, Social Security Disability (SSD) claims, divorce and child custody issues.His dedication to his clients, and getting them positive results in their legal cases, has not gone unnoticed. Attorney William Vinsko has been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers' Rising Stars list every year from 2005 through 2015. After graduating with a J.D. in 2003 from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, Brian Vinsko served as a law clerk for one of the most prestigious environmental, personal injury and general civil litigators in the Southern United States. While working as a clerk, he honed his skills as a litigator before coming to Vinsko & Associates, P.C. Brian Vinsko focuses his skills and legal knowledge on cases that involve: personal injury claims, unemployment compensation, employment discrimination and family law matters. Presently, he is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Attorney Mihalick’s legal career has encompassed all areas of asset management and estate planning. Her experience in banking and her certification as a Trust and Financial Advisor uniquely qualifies her to assist clients with wills, estates, and trusts. In addition to her work in the Estate Probate, Planning and Litigation Practice, Catherine practices real estate law, business and litigation.
