ESTATE LITIGATION

When searching for an Estate Attorney, make sure that you find an attorney that is willing to go to court to protect your interests. Many estate attorneys do not routinely enter the courtroom to protect against contentious situations, or to defend or prosecute estate contests. The attorneys at Vinsko & Associates, P.C. have experience challenging fiduciaries (agents of a power of attorney, an executor that has failed at his/her duties) in court and holding them accountable. After all, the estate assets belong to all of the beneficiaries, not just a few. In the case of a power of attorney, the agent cannot act outside of the principal's best interest. If they do, litigation may be necessary. Do not trust these important matters to just any attorney, get someone that knows the inside of a courtroom well. Contact Vinsko & Associates, P.C.
